limit key upload to single keys
Reported by steve | July 11th, 2017 @ 08:45 PM | in 1.4 (closed)
As discussed in team, the current implementation is not ideal.
- in case one of x keys does not reside on the key servers, the entire upload gets canceled
- the error message could go off screen for a large number of keys
A good implementation would
- continue the upload for the keys that do reside on the key servers
- show an informative error message afterwards that key x, y and z could not be uploaded because ...
This would require a lot of work which we currently have no capacity for thus we decide to limit the upload to single keys.
