Key Details > User IDs > Signatures: Download Key should not loose focus

When in signatures list in key details > User IDs, right click a signature and use "Download Key" option.
Currently
Focus of that entry is lost once key is fetched from key server.
Expected
Keep selected signature in focus.

verifiedminor issues remaining w somewhat jumping signature list, briefly empty signature list view. but this should do for now.
