do not show expired keys in key list selection when signing a key

Reproduce
Have at least one expired sec/pub key in GPG Keychain. Then sign any public key and look at key list.
Currently
Key list to select from for signing has an entry for that expired key.
Expected
Expired keys should not be used to sign anything.
TODO: Prevent expired keys from showing up on that key list.
