when adding userID and canceling pinentry request, modal dialog "Adding userID…" never vanishes

Reproduce
- add userID to key for which password is not in macOS keychain
or cache
- cancel pinentry dialog
Currently
Modal dialog "Adding userID…" shows and does not disappear.
Expected
Dialog should disappear or error message should be shown "UserID could not be added since the password for the key was not entered."
