sign only single keys

GPG Keychain should only allow signing a single key at the time.
Reproduce
- select 2 or more keys in GPG Keychain
- select sign (from a) right-click, b) menubar key > sign, c) alt⌘S)

Nothing
Expected
signing should be greyed out
