drag and drop export of sec/pub keys should ask wether sec key should be exported as well

Export of sec/ pub key via drag n drop should ask if sec key
should be exported as well (default to off).
Otherwise users may think they exported both keys which is not the
case,
leading to confusing why after key transfer to a another mac
decryption + signing no longer may work.
Solution
- display the same dialog we display when using the export icon
- default to off (not export the sec key)
- location would need to be the location the user dropped the key to
