checkbox for deactivating key behaving very laggy and switching states before keeping state change

Tested on 10.12.2 w GPG Keychain Version 1.3.2 (1245)
GPG Suite 2016.10
Behavior (see screencast)
Switching works and state is correcte remembered, but before
finally keeping the new state, the checkbox briefly (~1-2 seconds)
switches back to the wrong state, which is very confusing.

GPG Suite 1935nGPG Keychain now shows a progress dialog and the checkbox behaves as expected.
