Key creation fails on first attempt

Reproduce
- remove ~/.gnupg folder (make a backup first!)
- install GPG Suite
- create key
Currently
Key creation fails without showing any error. Users find themselves in GPG Keychain main window without any new key.
Expected
Key creation must not fail.

Console.app has this

Reproduced on macOS 10.11.6, GPG Suite 2016.08.

Further debugging
- ✔ 2015.06: does not open GPG Keychain after install and no sec key existing on system
- ✔ 2015.08: opens GPG Keychain (without closing installer) and creates key as expected
- ✔ 2015.09: opens GPG Keychain (without closing installer) and creates key as expected
- ✘ 2016.07_v2: opens GPG Keychain (without closing installer) and key creation of first key fails
- ✘ 2016.08_v2: opens GPG Keychain (without closing installer) and key creation of first key fails

libgcrypt 1.7.3 lead to this problem.
libgcrypt 1.6.6 works as expeted.So we use that now.
