GPG Keychain shows no keys after updating GPG Suite

Several users report, that GPG Keychain shows no keys after running the GPG Suite 2016.07 stable update.
A restart seems to resolve the situation.
Mento found the likely cause for this: On some system GPG Keychain is restarted to early in the installation process, this leads to an empty key-listing.
