libxpc.dylib Error

Assigned to Beta Feedback #702. As reported in Tender:
When opening GPG keychain and selecting import or export I
get
the following error :
24/01/2015 11:58:28.781 GPG Keychain[4354]: assertion
failed:
14B25: libxpc.dylib + 97940
[9437C02E-A07B-38C8-91CB-299FAA63083D]:
0x89
This seems to happen only once at start up.

So to do: file bug with apple to get them aware of this. Low priority, no functionality of GPG Keychain is harmed.

Since this is notourbug and we don't sport that state, setting to INVALID.
