progress indicator is always complete when updating keys from key servers

Reproduce:

select many keys
from the top menu select Key > Update from key server

Currently:

a model dialogue is displayed showing a progress indicator. That indicator is always complete

Expected:

if we display a progress indicator, it should ideally reflect the progress, so if 5 from 20 keys are refreshed it should be at 25% progress

We removed the progress indicator a long time ago. This has been fixed since, updating status accordingly.
