Remove dropdown selection from algorithm preferences if only one userID exists

Reproduce
- open GPG Keychain (activate hidden expert settings)
- select a key and then via top menu Key > Algorithm Preferences
Currently
- algorithm preferences window opens. the key in question is shown in a dropdown selection which offers nothing than this single key
Expected
- if only one key is selected, the key info should be static text taking from the key which is being edited
