Replace "Generate..." with "Create New Key..." and move from top menu > Key to top menu > File

It is common for any software if any items are generated, to find the menu item for that under the File menu. "Generate" is somewhat Uncommon language.
Thus let's replace top menu > Key "Generate..." with
top menu > File "Create New Key..."
