new keys do not appear in key list when signing another key (they do show after a restart of GPG Keychain)

Reproduce:
- create a new key
- try signing a key with that new key
Currently: list of keys shows all sec keys but not the new key, which was just created
Expected: any sec key should be reflected when singing a key
