"mail pub key" should not be active for expired or revoked keys

Currently
Mail a pub key which is revoked or expired currently creates a mail. Thus an unusable key is shared, which is a bad idea.
Expected
The menu item "File > Mail pub key" should be grayed out for revoked keys.

Verified
- ✔ option grayed out for revoked keys
- ✔ option grayed out for expired keys
- ✔ error message if one or more keys in key selection are expired or revoked
- ✔ if more than one key is problematic, all problematic keys shall be listed in the error message
Error message
Invalid key selected!
You have selected an expired or revoked key. Such keys can not be sent via mail. Please update the key from the key server to check, if it has been updated.
Otherwise get in touch with the key owner and inform them about the key state.
