Store working servers which are entered by the user in the key server list

Currently the servers are only available as long as the application is running. Once restarted, the custom servers are no longer in the list.
Store the custom servers permanently.

Working for hkp://pks.gpg.cz
Get's stored and is still in list after re-open, so verified.
Couldn't test for any hktp key server. hkps://hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net get's rejected.
