If users opts to do so,

open mail.app
auto create new mail from account for which a key has been created
auto fill same address in "To:" field

auto-fill text

This is a first test mail, I will send to myself to check if encryption and signing is correctly working.

Note: To ensure, that both encryption and signing are active, please check that the top right OpenPGP indicator is green and that both buttons on the right are active."

Not sure how much of this is possible, need to check with team.
