Remove photo ID tab and implement good photo usage options in first key tab

• restrict photo user ID usage to single image (although this limitation is artificial, it adds to much better usability and makes understanding photo usage easier)
• keys that use more than 1 image remain untouched, GPG Keychain uses image set as primary ID
• photo navigation arrows for next/previous no longer needed since only one PhotoID per key allowed
• primary option no longer needed since only one photo ID per key allowed
• allow to show full size picture (max. 250x250) for single + double click on image and only when an image exists. if no image exists, show add file dialog
• make images max 250x250 and decrease bigger images to that size (this should also solve the problem of the limited file size of 500 KB)
• since file size will no longer be an issue, remove the following two strings from GPG Keychain
  • This photo is too large.
  • Please use a photo smaller than 500 KB.⏎We recommend a size of less than 15 KB.
• remove Photos tab
• "+" not needed, using contextual menu instead and allowing drag & drop
• contextual menu: Add photo, Revoke, Remove
• display round image (analogue to what apples uses in mac contacts address book)
• show cogwheel as soon as user hoovers mouse over image
• clicking cogwheel opens up menu (on left click). menu is identical to contextual menu.

No image used

• show placeholder image, analogue to apple contacts app
• click on placeholder image opens files dialog to select image
• "ok" or "add" button in that dialog becomes only enabled after an supported image format file has been selected

Image used

• when user selects "add image" show message: "You are already using a photo. Please first revoke (recommended) or remove the current photo before adding a new one." Buttons: "Cancel" "Remove photo" "Revoke photo"
