remove option for 1024bit keys

1024bit are no longer considered secure. we should not offer this insecure key length as an option for new keys.
2048bit key should be our minimum requirement. we now default to 4096bit. If anybody wants a 2048bit key, it's available in the expert options in the key creation dialogue.
