
add UI option in preferences to move keyring to USB drive

Users keep hitting brick walls while trying to move their keyring to a USB drive.
We should solve this in the GPG Keychain Access preferneces with a nice UI option.
First draft:
- Expert option (use only if you know what you are doing!) add button "Move Keyring to USB drive"
- user presses button
- up comes finder selection window offering a selection of external drives
- select drive
- GPG Keychain Access automatically moves keyring and creates symlinks
- once done, notify user that keyring now resides on drive:MyUSBKeyring and is no longer located on the local machine
