Key pair "Full name" text field is not throttled

Mac OS X 10.9.2
Reproducibility: always
Steps:
1. Click on "New".
2. In "Full name" text field enter a really long string.
3. Generate the key.
4. After key is generated, double click on the key -> Key (or
Subkeys) -> Change Expiry Date
What happened:
4. Sheet is opened but text is cut off (see attached
screenshot).
Expected result:
2. "Full name" text field is throttled and allows as many
characters (or even less) as it is required for the text in the
sheet of step 4 to appear correctly.
