File type analysis for all imported files (aka prevent sig files from being imported)

It happens much too often, that users double click a sig file and GPG Keychain Access is connected with such files. What they then get is an error message about a failed import operation. That is of course true, but ideally
- GPG Keychain Access would callup GPGServices and the sig would be opened with GPGServices
- and / or it would give a nice error message explaining why sig files cannot be imported in GPG Keychain Access
Currently it's very confusing to the user.
