special characters still get destroyed by GPG Keychain Access

Interestingly this seems to be fixed for new keys but not when adding UserIDs. Maybe the existing patch just needs to be re-applied at another place in the code?
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a key with name: Test Pánámá mail: Pánámá@gpgtools.org
- works fine: name and mail show correctly
- add a user name with Name: Test Pánámá mail: Pánámá@tools.org
- both name and mail are broken
