When deleting a user id it might make sense to automatically revoke it and send the update to a keyserver

At the moment, when a user ID is deleted, it has to be first
revoked by hand.
If there are scenarios where it makes sense to only delete the UID
instead
of revoking it first, this surely makes sense.
Otherwise we should add this functionality to enhance
usability.
This should of course only happen if the key was previously uploaded to a key server.
