"no key found"/Can't find existing key

Reported by Craig McKune | July 30th, 2013 @ 10:27 AM | in 1.2 (closed)

Software name and version: GPG Keychain Access 1.1 (505)
OS X version: 10.8.4
GPGTools Installer date: 29 July 2013

Two colleagues created GPG keys this morning. They searched and found my keys and they can encrypt and decrypt on their side. I have tried to search for their keys, both by username and address, using both GPG Keychain Access and http://pgp.uni-mainz.de. GPGKA reports "no keys found", the public key server reports "Error handling request: No keys found".

    Hi Craig,

    Hey Craig,

first, can I ask which link brought you here? The GPGTools project uses two platforms: Bug Tracker and Support.

Your request is a support request so can you please open a discussion on our support platform? This here is our ticket system where we manage the bugs once we've found and isolated them.

Just repost your question and we'll take a look at your problem. Don't forget to include version numbers of the softwares you are using.

Hope we can get you fixed soon. :)

    Best, steve
