An error is displayed if a public key without self-signature is within the key results

At the moment an error is displayed if GPG Keychain tries to
fetch a public key which has no self-signatures.
GPG Keychain should either tell gnupg to import it anyway, or
better yet tell the user that the import worked, but a key couldn't
be fetched.

Fix confirmed in GPG Keychain 1.2b5 1031n (on OS X 10.10.2)
