Primary UserID should remain the same after adding more UserIDs

Current behavior: after adding a UserID, the latest UserID to be added will be made the primary UserID.
Expected behavior: It would be better to keep the current UserID. The first mail address used will be the one, users identify with the most aka their main mail-address.
Switching to another Primary could be confusing and might cause the users having to switch back to the first mail address used in the key.
So let's not switch the primary UserID.
