Add a confirmation dialogue when a user is about to import a revocation certificate
Reported by steve | June 10th, 2013 @ 11:21 PM | in 1.2b1 (closed)
Users new to encryption or also experienced users may accidently double click a revocation certificate and revoke their key unintentional.
We need a confirmation dialogue to ensure this does not happen.

Text for error msg:
Widerrufszertifikat importieren
Abbrechen OK
You are about to import a revocation Certificate for [Name Mail, ShortKeyID]. If you revoke your key, you'll no longer be able to sign messages using that key and others will no longer be able to send you messages encrypted to your key. Consider uploading your revoked key to the key server so other's are made aware as well, that your key has been revoked.
You will still be able to use your revoked key for decrypting mails and files that were encrypted with your public key. We recommend to keep the revoke key in GPG Keychain Access for that purpose.

The English error message has various typos and grammatical oddities; I presume it was translated from the German.

Calion, we've fixed two typos. If you provide more detailed info we'd be happy to improve the message.

"Consider uploading your revoked key to the key server so other's are made aware as well, that your key has been revoked."
This is awkward. Change "other's" to "others" and perhaps delete "as well,".
"We recommend to keep the revoke key in GPG Keychain Access for that purpose."
Try "We recommend that you keep the revoked key…"
"Cancle OK"
"Cancel"
