Can't create UserIDs with latest GPG Keychain Access nightly

I tried adding team@gpgtools.org to our key as a UserID, enter info, click "Generate UserID" -> nothing.
Tried with a second key, same results. GPG Keychain Access is busy for a second but UID never shows up in the key inspector.
