Add possibility to launch GPG Keychain from GPGMail with options

To fix errors with keys from GPGMail or import new keys included
in an email,
it would be great if GPG Keychain Access could be launched with
some options
to immediately search for a key on the keyservers, in the existing
keys or import a key from GPGMail.
