Exporting secret key should dump secret key only

People usually do this to back up their secret key or copy/move it to another computer. The secret key already contains the public key (which I didn't realize), so whenever I'd import that file on another machine, I'd get a duplicate signature on my pub key because it was importing my pub key twice.

We need to export the public key also, because the exported secret key doesn’t contain photo IDs.
