App should not instantiate itself more than one

Currently you can start the application more than once.

How can start it more than one?
When I start GPG Keychain Access again, it is activated. -

The issue here was that the "asc" file extension was linked to another GPG Keychain Access.app installation that was not located in /Applications. I see two possibilities:
1. Close this issue as "invalid".
2. Create/check e.g. a mutex when starting GPG Keychain Access at the beginning. -
