
Russian (possibly all non ansi) output issue

When creating user id under edit key dialog with russian letters it displays correctly in add dialog but is displayed wrong after create. See screenshots.

It seemed that after entering Russian name in add dialog it is then converted to ascii some odd manner. And is stored then this way. When I search updated key on keyserver through browser it is displayed same wrong which means it was rather stored wrong.

Hey Alexander,
So far we were not able to reproduce this problem.
We'd need information over your exact language settings (screenshots please) and the content of ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf
If anyone else can reproduce this problem: Send me the needed information to reproduce the problem.Please also open terminal and enter the command "set" without the ". Then attach the output.
