- use
https://keyserver.ubuntu.com
as key server - search for
hello
- with first search result ticked, click
Import Keys
Currently
Message is shows:
Import successful
0 keys were processed and 0 imported.
However, the import was not successful as correctly stated, no key has been imported.
Expected
Selected keys to be imported.
This is not a problem when using
hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com
or
hkps://keyserver.ubuntu.com
.

verifiedEntering https://keyserver.ubuntu.com automatically switches to hkps://keyserver.ubuntu.com which imports public keys fine.
