Preferences > Key server minus icon not showing up

Interestingly this is a macOS 12 only issue. macOS 13.0 betas
showed the expected - icon however on macOS 13.2
stable it is again missing.
Functionality to remove custom key server entry works as expected, but the minus in the box on the right side of the key server address is blank.
Maybe we can replace the box with one of the SF
Symbols icons, e.g. minus or minus.square. Icon needs to be
greyed out when default key server is in use.
Lets add explanatory text below the key server address field:
Defaults to the verifying key server
https://keys.openpgp.org. Optionally enter server addresses to
switch to a cusstom ldap or other key server address.
Explanatory text should use same light grey and smaller font we use for explanatory text in GPG Preferences > Settings.
