
Show pool sks server as default keyserver, if no keyserver is found in gpg.conf

Currently if no keyserver option is available in gpg.conf, the
keyserver field in GPG Keychain is empty. That is misleading and
confusing for users.
Instead, the sks-keyserver should be displayed as pre-selected.
To make sure that a keyserver is always present, these two changes need to be implemented as well:

GPG Suite 2151n
verifiedremoved dirmngr.conf and made sure gpg.conf does not have any key server info
opening GPG Keychain creates dirmngr.conf with
keyserver hkps://hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net
and key server info in UI matches that
