dialog to delete sec/pub key has missing text for the checkbox section + checkbox placement needs to be improved

- 10.9 missing text
- 10.11 - 10.13 checkbox alignment is off, text of the first row needs to be centered in relation to checkbox. also 2nd row must indent the same way the first row is indented and not differ from that
