Allow only subkey to be exported (based on the setup proposed by riseup)

Stable #50856. Currently it's not possible to only export a
single subkey but always the entire key is exported.
It might make sense to add an advanced option to only export a
single subkey in order to better server users using the pgp best
practices for key creation proposed by riseup.net
