if no keys are found for a search string we should not show an empty key list but an informative message
Reported by steve | May 4th, 2016 @ 06:21 PM | in 1.4 (closed)
Reproduce
search for a string which is not in your keyring.
Currently
Empty window on GPG Keychain.
Expected
Show info message. This can especially be a problem (or at least confusing) if the user forgets to disable "Show secret keys" when doing a search.
Proposal
"The search for "search_string" in your local keyring turned up no results."
when "show secret keys only" option is enabled, instead show:
"The search for "search_string" in your local keyring turned up no results. You may want to disable the option to "Show secret keys only" to expand the search results."
