remove "Delete" icon from default icon set

We can keep this option for users who like to customize and edit their icons, but imo should remove it from the default icon set. It looks somewhat odd at that very prominent top middle location.
Deleting a key is somewhat context related (you need to select the items you want to delete). So a right-click option or keyboard shortcut would cover this perfectly fine.
