10.6 10.7 key list not refreshed despite keys being correctly auto retrieved

the feature "auto retrieve" works, but the newly fetched pub keys do not get reflected in the key list in GPG Keychain main window until the user does a manual refresh.

This works on 10.11. 10.6 and 10.7 are no longer supported. Setting to WONTFIX.
