improve default column view for main window

Let's further tweak the default view of the main window:
- hide comment column (comments are mostly entered, while making false assumptions what the implications are - mostly useless, often false statements like "this is the real new key" but then again passphrase is lost, etc pp): we simply should not display this column by default
- remove Short ID column and option to display Short ID: those are too insecure and should not be used. Let's instead only offer the long ID
- rename ID (long) to ID
So GPG Keychain Access does not use Short ID at all.

Fixed.
Comment column gone.
Short ID renamed to Key ID.
Long ID gone from Key Inspector, we now show Key ID (which is the short ID) + Fingerprint. That is sufficient and less confusing. -
