deal with expanding key inspector when GPG Keychain Access main window is already maximized

currently it is not obvious to the user, that the key inspector has just expanded to the side.
can we shrink the main window to make room for the side expanding key inspector?
or find another solution. Like this it is a problem, since users will be very confused and waiting for the old key inspector window to show up somewhere.

When in fullscreen, key inspector popup will show, when in window mode, side extension will appear.
