Key Inspector → User IDs → Signatures: Inline actions

Currently, Key Inspector shows me a list of Signatures, but those are not actionable.

It would be useful, to be able to right-click any unknown (or known) signature and:

initiate Retrieving (Updating) it from keyserver
switching Key Inspector to the selected key

1 is a good default (double-click) action for unknown keys, 2 is a good default for a known key

Double click triggers "Show key" when the key is available or "Receive
key" if not.

Receive (or double clicking sig) grabs the public key from the key servers.
Show goes to the public key if it exists.
