ask users to create second UserID when they use gmail aka gmail.com vs. googlemail.com

Many gmail users only enter their mail address in noe form or the other. That creates a bad user experience, since both username@gmail.com and username@googlemail.com are possible and used.
Whenever we detect one of those URLs we should suggest the other UserID to be added right away.
