Allow import of non self-signed keys (most likely created with Symantec PGP)
Reported by steve | December 11th, 2013 @ 07:05 PM | in 1.2b1 (closed)
If keys don't have a "self-signature" GPG Keychain Access does not import them.
Current Workaround: In order to import it, you have to use the Terminal:
gpg2 --import --allow-non-selfsigned-uid path/to/key/file
GPG Keychain Access should
- display a warning message ...
- and import the key then

We do not want to encourage use of keys with missing self-signature. GPG Keychain Access throws a nice error message explaining the situation and how to change it.
