No error is displayed if pinentry crashes during key creation

We've just found a bug where pinentry crashes on 10.6, due to a
API call which is not available
on 10.6.
That's certainly bad, but what is worse, is that GKA doesn't
display an error and doesn't seem to receive the info that pinentry
has died.
GKA should present a proper error message.

- State changed from “new” to “verified”
error is now displayed. we need to make those informative in a next step...
