Add KeyID to key selection when signing keys

User report: "The popup offers my available private keys in the dropdown only by the email address/comment text, but since I have several keys with the same email address, it is impossible to tell which is which."
This is in GPG Keychain Access > Key Inspector > UserIDs > Signatures
When hitting the "+" and having several keys it would be useful to display the Key ID as well, not only the mail address of the available keys to sign another key.
