adjust error message if gpg.conf is damaged etc

Should lead the user to http://support.gpgtools.org instead of the about page.
Best scenario, it should ask the user if they would like to send
the .conf file to GPGTools Team.
If they do, a dialog should be shown which asks them for their
email address and tells them that
a support request is created in their name with the gpg.conf as
attachment.
