Synchronize GPG Keychain Access keyserver and GPGPreferences keyserver

If the user selects an entry in GPG Keychain Access preferences, the same entry isn't display as selected in GPGPreferences.
It's probably bad practice to have the configuration in two
places, but until we find a better solution it's
absolutely necessary that both apps display the same selected
keyserver.

GPG Keychain Access and GPGPreferences are automatically synchronized.
When you change the keyserver in GKA and restart GPGPrefs, it shows the same keyserver. And vice versa. -

- Assigned user changed from “Luke Le” to “steve”
so this is fixed. thx mento. next up: adding live-sync to GPGPreferences. Mento also fixed this in GPGPreferences.
Also: Now key-server lists are live syncing. Yey! This will unsnarl lots of questionmarks in many userheads.
